A motor using permanent magnets characterised in that:• in the rotor (1) there are embedded at least 4 permanent magnets (7), while in the moveable stator (2) there are embedded at least 4 permanent magnets (8), in such manner that the poles N or S of the permanent magnets (7) embedded in the rotor (1) are located on its outer circumference while poles N or S of the permanent magnets (8) embedded in the stator (2) are located in the inner circumference of the stator (2), where the successive poles of the permanent magnets (7) of the rotor (1) are the same poles while the successive poles of the permanent magnets (8) of the stator (2) are opposite poles;• the successive permanent magnets (8) of the stator (2) with poles opposite and the same relative to the poles of the poles of the permanent magnets (7) of the rotor (1), in the direction of rotation of the rotor (1), are partly covered with the strip (10) of a ferromagnetic material;• the distances between the permanent magnets (8) mounted in the stator (2) with poles opposite and the same relative to the poles of the poles of the permanent magnets (7) of the rotor (1), in the direction of rotation of the rotor (1), are smaller than the distances between the successive permanent magnets (8) of the stator (2) with poles the same and opposite relative to the poles of the permanent magnets (7) of the rotor (1), in the direction of rotation of the rotor (1);• the permanent magnets (7) embedded on the rotor (1) are shifted from each other by an appropriate angle;• the arrangement of the permanent magnets (8) embedded in the stator (2) is positioned closer to or further away from the rotor.
