To provide an ocular fundus image processing device and an ocular fundus image processing program for causing a user to check a state of the ocular fundus of an eye to be examined more appropriately.SOLUTION: A control unit of an ocular fundus image processing device acquires a first front image and a second front image. The first front image is a front image of the ocular fundus created by scanning a first light on the ocular fundus of the eye to be examined and receiving a reflection light from the ocular fundus. The second front image is a front image of the ocular fundus created on the basis of OCT data acquired from an interference light between a reflection light of a second light from the ocular fundus and a reference light corresponding to the second light. An imaging range of the second front image is included in an imaging range of the first front image. The control part composites the second front image at a position where an imaging range overlaps with the second front image of the first front image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
