To improve heat transfer performance of a heat exchanger.SOLUTION: A bulkhead type heat exchanger comprises a first bulkhead, a second bulkhead, and a plurality of first flow passage walls 48-1 to 48-n for dividing a space formed between the first bulkhead and the second bulkhead, into a plurality of first flow passages. In this regard, the first bulkhead and the second bulkhead separate the plurality of first flow passages from a plurality of second flow passages through which a second fluid different from a first fluid flowing through the plurality of first flow passages flows. A plurality of first side flow passage wall surfaces 52 and a plurality of second side flow passage wall surfaces 53 along a plurality of sine curves respectively are formed in the plurality of first flow passage walls 48-1 to 48-n.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
