To provide a target recognizing device with which it is possible to improve convenience in target detection and posture estimation based on an image.SOLUTION: The target recognizing device of an embodiment comprises a convolutional neural network unit and an acquisition unit. The convolutional neural network unit generates, from an input image, a first score map that includes a score per class in each pixel of the input image using a convolutional neural network.
