To provide an NC processing apparatus and a method of manufacturing a processed component that enable position data having higher reliability than before to be measured at each measurement point of a work having been processed.SOLUTION: An NC processing apparatus 10 and a method of manufacturing a processed component according to the present invention are characterized in that: a target 49 is fitted to a movable part of the NC processing apparatus 10 together with a probe 45; and position data on the target 49 is measured by a laser trucker 50 as substitute data for position data on each measurement point of a workpiece W. Namely, the laser trucker 50 different from position sensors 21S-24S used for processing the workpiece W measures position data at each measurement point of the workpiece W, so position data having higher reliability than before can be measured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
