To properly understand contents of voice to be output to a user while suppressing an influence to other than a user.SOLUTION: A voice content control device 1 includes: a voice classification unit 38 for analyzing voice uttered by a user and classifying the voice into any of a first voice and a second voice; a processing execution unit 34 for analyzing voice and executing processing requested by the user; and a voice content generation unit 36 for generating an output sentence which is text data for voice output to the user on the basis of processing contents executed by the processing execution unit 34. The voice content generation unit 36 generates a first output sentence as an output sentence when the voice is classified as the first voice, and generates a second output sentence in which information is omitted as compared with the first output sentence when the voice is classified as the second voice.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
