To provide a backflow prevention assembly for global use with dispensers requiring a variety of backflow prevention devices based on regulatory standards.SOLUTION: A backflow prevention assembly 70 comprises: a housing 72 comprising a first quick attach connector and a second quick attach connector 82 configured to be fluidly coupled to an inlet tube 68 and an outlet tube 69; a flow controller 100 fluidly coupled to the housing 72 and configured for prevention of backflow of liquid to the inlet tube 68; and a cover 92 at least partially surrounding the housing 72 and provided with at least one vent, the housing 72 forming a fluid flow channel connecting the inlet tube 68 to the outlet tube 69, and the first quick attach connector and the second quick attach connector 82 comprising a non-threaded coupling between the inlet tube 68 and the outlet tube 69 such that the coupling between the inlet tube and the outlet tube can become compliant on a substantially global basis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
