To easily obtain information making it possible to grasp an actual condition of desorption of users in an online service.SOLUTION: A server detects a content transition in an online service that a user used. Then. the server calculates a transition eigen vector that is a probability staying in the state from a degree of transition to another content for each content, calculates a degree of no transition from each content to either one of other contents as a desorption probability for each content, and calculates a value obtained by multiplying the transition eigen vector for each content by the desorption probability for each content as a desorption factor value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
