To provide an image authentication system, an image authentication method and an image authentication program which allow a monitoring person to visually recognize a monitoring object immediately and easily.SOLUTION: An image authentication system 100 includes: an imaging terminal 2 for acquiring a monitoring image; an imaging side storage section 26 for storing the monitoring image; a clip section 22 for clipping as an input feature image included in the monitoring image, and generating input image data containing the input feature image, image identification information for identifying the monitoring image, and positional information for specifying the clip position of the input feature image in the monitoring image; a collation section 12 for collating the input image data and a prestored registration image database of a monitoring object, and detecting an input image data corresponding to the registration image database as the detection image data; and a monitor 35 for displaying a position of the input feature image and at least a part including the input feature image of the monitoring image identified based on the detection image data, when the detection image data is detected as a result of collation by the collation section 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
