To provide a system for aiding in correct practice of the mindfulness in a bathroom.SOLUTION: A bathroom 2 is provided with: mindfulness output means 10 to output mindfulness outputs including at least one of sound and light; and guide voice output means 13. A mindfulness control part 31 of control means 3 controls the mindfulness output means 10 to change at least one of the mindfulness outputs with a rhythm. A guide voice control part 32 causes the guide voice output means 13 to output a guide voice to guide practice of the mindfulness.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
