To find the characteristic of an antenna without acquiring the position information of a target from the outside.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: a transmit antenna; a calibrated receive antenna for receiving a reflected radio wave having been reflected by a target and outputting a receive signal, of which characteristic values including a position, bearing, transmission phase and reception loss are known; a receive antenna to be calibrated for receiving a reflected radio wave and outputting a receive signal for finding a characteristic value; a receive antenna for detection which receives a reflected radio wave and outputs a receive signal, for finding the position of the target; a position detection unit for finding the position of the target as position information for calibration on the basis of the receive signal outputted by the receive antenna for detection; an amplitude phase acquisition unit for acquiring the amplitude and phase of the receive signal outputted by each of the calibrated antenna and the antenna to be calibrated as amplitude phase information; and a characteristic calculation unit for calculating one or more values in characteristics as to the receive antenna to be calibrated, on the basis of the position information for calibration, the amplitude phase information, and the characteristic value of the calibrated receive antenna.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
