To provide an assay system capable of observing a stabilized calcium dynamic in a nerve cell, and evaluating change of a calcium dynamic in a generation step.SOLUTION: The invention is configured to measure an intracellular calcium in a nerve cell migrated from a neurosphere, and evaluate a calcium dynamic in a nerve cell, typically, the invention comprises: (i) a step for preparing a neurosphere in a culture vessel; (ii) a step for cultivating the nerve cell in a differentiation inducing condition to the nerve cell; (iii) a step for applying a calcium indicator to the migrated cell, then measuring the signal intensity from the calcium indicator, then inspecting variation of the intracellular calcium.SELECTED DRAWING: None
