PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a circulated water well hardly be clogged.;SOLUTION: In a control system 1 of a circulated water well 4 in which water is injected into the circulated water well 4 and is circulated to a ground 2: water is circulated to the circulated water well 4 by an injection pipe 12; an injection amount (Q2) into the circulated water well 4 by the injection pipe 12 is obtained by a flow meter 17; water in the circulated water well 4 is discharged by a water discharge pump 13; a discharge amount (Q3) of water in the circulated water well 4 by the water discharge pump 13 is obtained by a flow meter 18; and water in the circulated water well 4 is discharged by the water discharge pump 13 so that a circulation amount Qr into the ground 2 that is a value obtained by subtracting the discharge amount (Q3) by the water discharge pump 13 obtained by the flow meter 18 from the injection amount (Q2) by the injection pipe 12 obtained by the flow meter 17 becomes constant. Since the circulation amount Qr of the circulated water well 4 becomes stable, fine-grained fraction in the ground 2 around the circulated water well 4 can be suppressed.
