摘要

To provide a filament nonwoven fabric suitable for a skin material of a composite sound absorbing material, in which the nonwoven fabric has excellent moldability and suppresses the exposure of the core material after molding.SOLUTION: There is provided a polyester-based filament nonwoven fabric including: 97.0 to 99.9 wt.% of a polyester (A component) and 0.1 to 3.0 wt.% of a thermoplastic resin (B component) having a glass transition temperature of 114°C to 160°C. The nonwoven fabric has a variation coefficient of a formation of 2.3 or less. When the nonwoven fabric is held in an atmosphere of 150°C with a gap of 24 cm both in the MD direction and the CD direction on a simultaneous biaxially drawing machine, and is biaxially drawn to an area development ratio of 200%, the nonwoven fabric has a variation coefficient of a formation of 2.7 or less and the sum of the maximum stress both in the MD direction and the CD direction is 10 to 55 N, and a composite sound absorbing material using the nonwoven fabric as a skin material.SELECTED DRAWING: None
