To provide an anisotropic conductive film which excels in dispersing conductive particles and trapping the particles, and is capable of maintaining conduction reliability even between narrow-pitched terminals.SOLUTION: An anisotropic conductive film includes a resin layer and a plurality of conductive particles 103 in contact with the resin layer. The conductive particles 103 are arranged in a first direction on the resin layer to form a plurality of particle rows 103a arranged in a second direction different from the first direction. Each of the particle rows 103a has a width greater than a particle size in a direction where the conductive particles 103 are oblique to the longitudinal direction of the film and is formed such that one side end portion of the conductive particle 103 is brought into contact with one side end of the particle row 103a in the width direction.
