To perform mental analysis while using a smartphone as an information terminal.SOLUTION: A program is provided for making a computer of a smartphone 10 perform the following processing: pass determination processing for performing pass determination when all of measurement precision, heart rate, standard deviation and color calculation are present in a predetermined range; content/time/finger-tip information association data transmission processing for transmitting content/time/finger-tip information association data associating a finger-tip video brightness signal obtained just before that or RR interval data with content information showing a location place of the information obtained by a personal digital assistant or a pulse wave detection time to a server, whenever the personal digital assistant downloads information or every predetermined time; and screen information reception display processing for receiving the screen information from the server and displaying it on the screen.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
