To provide an erroneous missing inspection method for a discharge valve structure capable of detecting missing of a discharge valve by a simple inspection member, and the discharge valve structure.SOLUTION: An erroneous missing inspection method for a discharge valve structure is an erroneous missing inspection method for a discharge valve structure 1 of a compressor. The discharge valve structure 1 comprises: an assembly structure including a partition wall 12, a discharge valve 20, a valve presser 30 and a fixing bolt 40, the valve presser 30 including an inspection hole 33 for inserting an inspection member; and an inspection structure in which at least the discharge valve 20 partially or entirely enters a region of the discharge valve 20 corresponding to the inspection hole 33. The inspection member is inserted into the inspection hole 33, and the presence/absence of missing of the discharge valve 20 is inspected from an insertion depth of the inspection member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
