A data acquisition unit 110 acquires, from a store terminal device, pharmacy dispensing data 10 in which a dispensing date, a medicine ID of a prescription medicine written in a prescription, and a medicine ID of a dispensed medicine are associated one another. The data acquisition unit 110 stores the pharmacy dispensing data 10 as dispensing information 131.
