AUTOMATIC TRANSFER FOR CAREGIVER WORK RECORD USING RFID IN CARING FACILITY

To automatically acquire caregiver work records by using an RFID for preventing a defect in work records of a caregiver engaged in a caring facility.SOLUTION: The inside of a caring facility, caregivers, and tenants are given RFIDs. Schedule information including the caregivers, tenants, service items, work places, work start time, and work end time is registered by a computer that a manager operates. The caregiver is specified by the RFID. The caregiver is informed before the start of work such that a work schedule and the caregiver are specified. The caregiver confirms work items, and specifies the tenant by the RFID. Also, the caregiver specifies the work place by the RFID. Afterwards, the caregiver specifies and starts the work of the service item by the RFID, and specifies and ends the work by the RFID. Result information is created on the basis of the data specified by the RFID, and compared with the schedule information such that work execution records are created.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
