The fluid drive unit has a liquid introduction path 51, and is communicated to a storage liquid outlet 41 and a liquid introduction outlet 52 of the liquid storage chamber. The sensor contacts a skin of a human being for monitoring and measuring a monitored measurement value of blood sugar quantity in sweat. The drive chip receives and analyzes the monitored measurement value from the sensor, for controlling actuation of the fluid drive unit, and controls an opened/closed state of the storage liquid outlet and a valve switch 6 of the liquid introduction outlet. The fluid drive unit is driven to generate pressure gradient, makes an insulin liquid in the liquid storage chamber to flow out from the liquid introduction path to the liquid introduction outlet, and makes the insulin liquid enter a micro needle patch 7, for injecting the insulin liquid to a subcutis through a plurality of hollow micro needles 71.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
