To provide a method for testing composite design and a method for obtaining a reference value for use in the test method for manufacturing a cured body from a plastic kneaded material with no slump by means of a superfluid method or the like.SOLUTION: A composite design reference value setting method is for setting an optimum composite of a cured body consisting of a material containing powder, cement, and water, and includes a kneading step, a blending step, and a vibration flow value acquisition step. In the kneading step, a material containing powder, cement, and water are mixed to produce a "plastic kneaded product" with no slump based on a design combination. Vibration is then applied with a vibration plate for a predetermined period with respect to the plastic kneaded material to be removed from the test container.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
