To provide a snow accumulation detection device capable of detecting snow accumulation.SOLUTION: A snow accumulation detection device (20) comprises: a light projection section which projects laser light toward directions of predetermined objects (51, 52, 61-63, 80); a light reception section which receives reflectance of laser light (B) projected from the light projection section; a setting section which set a light reception amount of the reflectance received at the light reception section when the laser light is reflected on the predetermined objects; and a determination section which determines snow accumulation if the light reception amount of the reflectance received at the light reception section exceeds a determination amount set larger than a reference amount set by the setting section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
