To secure reliability of operation in internal equipment, etc. in a water turbine power generation device.SOLUTION: A water turbine power generation device according to an embodiment comprises a housing, a water turbine power generator body, a heat insulating material, and a dummy load part. The water turbine power generator body is installed inside the housing. The heat insulating material is provided on an inner wall surface of the housing, and insulates the inside and outside of the housing.
