To improve efficiency of an internal combustion engine by combining an adjustable variable compression ratio, explosion and exhaust stroke of long time, short intake, and compression stroke.SOLUTION: A balanced rotation mechanism of an internal combustion engine includes a mirror planetary gear assembly, a gear pin assembly 20, and a piston-connection rod assembly 27. The mirror planetary gear assembly has a first planetary gear assembly 2 and a second planetary gear assembly 3, and includes a sun gear 4, a main planetary gear 5, a plurality of auxiliary planetary gears 6, and a ring gear 7. The first planetary gear assembly and the second planetary gear assembly are mounted along a main rotation axis, offset from each other, and mirroring each other. The gear pin assembly is eccentrically connected between the main planetary gears. As a result, a direction of the gear pin assembly is changed by rotation of the sun gear, thus a height of a top dead center is changed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
