To provide BOG re-condensation device for use in re-condensation of BOG of LNG without using any compressor under a high heat exchange efficiency while nitrogen in BOG of NG is being removed.SOLUTION: A BOG re-condensation device 1 includes LNG buffer 12, a first condenser 111 and a second condenser 211. The first condenser 111 has a first heat exchanging part 112. The second condenser 211 has a second heat exchanging part 212. BOG generated within the LNG buffer 12 is re-condensed through heat-exchanging with refrigerant in the first heat exchanging part 112. BOG that is not re-condensed is fed into the second condenser 211. A part of BOG that is fed into the second condenser 211 is re-condensed at the second heat exchanging part 212 and returned back to the LNG buffer 12. At least a part of the refrigerant heat exchanged with BOG in the second condenser 211 at the second heat exchanging part 212 is further heat exchanged with BOG within the first condenser 111 at the first heat exchanging part 112.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
