To provide a wave force power generation method and a wave force power generation device in which power generation can be attained through utilization of wave energy found at a sea side or a lake side and the like not only limited to a presence of wave but during a time between the waves.SOLUTION: A power generator device of this invention is constituted by a part 1 for use in receiving wave energy as a kinetic energy; a part 2 for delivering energy at the part 1 to the part 3 as a kinetic energy; and a part 4 for use in converting the kinetic energy at the part 3 into an electric energy. The parts 3, 4 are defined together as a linear power generator. There is provided a part 5 for reducing energy loss caused by friction. In addition, there are provided parts 6, 7 and 8 for use in repeatedly reciprocating the part 3 even if no wave is found by the kinetic energy found at the part 3 only in one direction with the wave. In order to reduce loss generated at the time of temporary energy conversion that is performed either between the part 3 and the part 6 or between the part 7 and the part 8, there are provided parts 9, 10, 11 and 12. An outer case of the power generator is assembled at a part 13 and either voltage or frequency adjustment circuits are also assembled in it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
