To provide an efficiency improvement support system in which a person in charge of a medical institution can relatively easily understand a health condition of a subject, even if the data indicating the health condition of the subject is not possessed by the medical institution.SOLUTION: The system includes an information transmitting unit 104 (FIG. 18/STEP 1016) that receives a consent by a user from a terminal 41 and the information indicating the consent of the subject to disclose the personal information of the subject identified by the information to the medical related institution (FIG. 18/STEP 1002.
