To provide a usage fee determining program with which it is possible to determine a usage fee when an error, except errors attributable to the user of a system, is detected.SOLUTION: The usage fee determining program causes a computer to execute the process of: analyzing a response to a request transmitted from the terminal of a user using a system; when a specific error, except errors attributable to the user of the system, is detected from the response as the result of analysis, managing a combination of the request content included in the request that corresponds to the response that includes the specific error and the specific error; specifying, on the basis of the combination, the degree of influence that represents the degree of burden by which the user is affected due to the specific error; and determining the usage fee of the system in accordance with the number of specific errors and the degree of influence.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
