PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a question answering system and a question answering method using artificial intelligence in which a plurality of users can jointly use a question response service at a low cost.;SOLUTION: The functions of a question answering system is divided into functions of a question reception answering system 10 and a primary answer system 30; the question received by the question reception answering system is sent to the primary answer system; the primary answer to the question is created and sent to the question reception answering system from the primary answer system; a last answer is created based on the received primary answer and sent to a question terminal in the question reception answering system; a machine learning of the plurality of assumption questions and the primary answer is applied to the primary answer system so that a plurality of assumption questions having a common attribute may have the same primary answer, and the last answer including all the answers of the plurality of assumption questions having a common attribute corresponding to the received primary answer is created in the question reception answering system which received the primary answer.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
