PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waiting time output device, a waiting time output system, and a program with which it is possible to grasp an appropriate waiting time for each store.;SOLUTION: A waiting time output device 20 comprises: a specification unit 32 for specifying, for each store in an area where a plurality of stores providing food and drink, the number of waiting people who are waiting for their turn to place an order and the number of food and drink ordered but not cooked yet and the number of orders; a derivation unit 34 for deriving, from the number of waiting people specified by the specification unit 32, an order waiting time from when starting to wait for a turn to place an order till when placing an order, and deriving, from the number of food and drink ordered but not cooked yet and the number of orders as specified by the specification unit 32, a cooking waiting time from when placing an order till when cooking is completed, and deriving a total waiting time per store that is the sum total of the order waiting time and the cooking waiting time; and an output unit 36 for outputting waiting time information that indicates the waiting time per store derived by the derivation unit 34.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
