PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality detector that detects the occurrence of abnormality from the vibration of an apparatus with high accuracy.;SOLUTION: The abnormality detector is characterized by comprising: dividing means 101 for creating a plurality of period data derived by dividing normal vibration data into a plurality of periods having a predetermined time width; conversion means 102 for performing, on each of the plurality of period data, fast Fourier transformation using a window function and calculating a plurality of power spectra; characteristic spectrum calculation means 103 for calculating one or more characteristic spectra for each period from the plurality of power spectra; model creation means 104 for creating a normal model for detecting abnormality occurring in an apparatus from the one or more characteristic spectra calculated by the characteristic spectrum calculation means; index value calculation means 105 for calculating a prescribed index value on the basis of the normal model and the vibration data that indicates the vibration of the apparatus; and determination means 106 for determining whether or not there is occurrence of abnormality in the apparatus on the basis of the index value and a prescribed threshold that is previously set.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
