To provide an information processing device, an image processing range designation method and an image processing range designation program for enabling a user to simply designate a processing range of an image displayed on a touch panel display.SOLUTION: A trimming function that comic browsing application has identifies a touch position of an indication body on a screen 3a. The trimming function then changes; according to a time period during which the indication body touches the screen 3a; a trimming range 50 of an image displayed on the screen 3a, around the touch position of the indication body regarded as a reference position. Specifically, the trimming function changes the trimming range 50 automatically according to the touch time period when the indication body touches the screen 3a, so that a user can simply designate the trimming range 50 of the image displayed on the screen 3a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
