To promptly alert a waiting person via a slave unit outside a private room in such a manner that when biological information of a user of the private room is abnormal, the abnormality is detected by a master unit composed of a wearable terminal that is small, a low cost, highly reliable and convenient.SOLUTION: A neglect accident prevention device includes: a master device P comprising a wearable terminal that has a first alarm device for a private room user H and can be worn on a body; and a slave device K that has a second alarm device E2 for a waiting person and is arranged outside the private room. The master device includes a biological information detection device, a first communication device, a first alarm device, and a first control device. When the first control device determines that biological information detected by the biological information detection device is an abnormal value, the first control device causes the first alarm device to issue a primary alarm, and the first control device causes the first communication device to transmit an alarm command signal when the biological information does not return to a normal value even after a predetermined time has elapsed after a start of the primary alarm. The slave device includes a second communication device 8 and a second control device C2.
