To provide a controller, a temperature perception presentation device, a temperature perception presentation system, a method for control, and a program which can present the differences in materials based on temperature changes.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a controller 120 for controlling temperature perception presentation means for presenting a temperature perception to contact with a virtual material. The controller includes: a database 123 including first information showing the relation between the type of the virtual material and the rate of the temperature change in a first period from when the temperature perception started to be presented to when a first predetermined time has passed since the temperature perception started to be presented; and a temperature controller 122 for controlling the presented temperature presented by the temperature perception presentation means on the basis of first information in the first period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
