To provide a system capable of automatically creating a circle in which a number is increased by 1 when the Microsoft Excel requires turning the order so as to visually understand a table and shape needed to perform a complex process.SOLUTION: The shape with numeric numbers can change a shape type, size of a shape, alignment of a digit number to be displayed inside, automatic adjustment of a shape's width, number desired to start, any number desired to stop, addition of any text string before a numeric, any cell at which to create a shape, color of the number to be displayed in the shape, designation of any thickness, the color in the shape, the color around the shape, and the thickness of the color around the shape, and the internal color of the shape can be changed to a different color, a shape with numeric numbers can be moved to the cell by a group of 10, and the size of a shape with a numerical number can be changed to fit the cell.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
