METHOD FOR ROLLING UP BAR-IN-COIL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for rolling up a bar-in-coil that can reduce a height of the coil.;SOLUTION: In a method for rolling up a bar-in-coil in which the bar-in-coil is manufactured by rolling up a wire rod while rotating a bobbin extending in a vertical direction and laminating the wire rod from the lower side across the upper side of the bobbin, rotation speed of the bobbin is increased and decreased at a constant cycle, and the wire rod is rolled up at least once with the bobbin at first rotation speed V₁ shown in formula (3) including the lowest minimum rotation speed V_min in one cycle during which the rotation speed is changed, and the wire rod is rolled up at least once with the bobbin at second rotation speed V₂ shown in formula (4) including the highest maximum rotation speed V_max in one cycle during which the rotation speed is changed: V_min≤V₁≤V_min+0.1×V_W(3) and V_max-0.1×V_W≤V₂≤V_max(4).;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
