PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low adsorbent laminate for hand-cutting opening which is excellent in production suitability, film production property, heat sealability and seal strength, and has low adsorptivity to an active ingredient generated from a medicine of a packaged body and thereby highly maintains an active ingredient in a medicine over a long period of time, and is excellent in easy tearing property and thereby facilitates take-out of the medicine by hand-cutting opening in the application of packaging a percutaneous absorption tape, and to provide a packaging material and a package using the laminate.;SOLUTION: There are provided a low adsorbent laminate for hand-cutting opening that has at least a base material layer, a seal layer and an adhesive layer for bonding the seal layer, where the seal layer has a layer formed from a resin composition containing an amorphous glycol modified polyester resin, a glass transition temperature of the resin composition using the amorphous glycol modified polyester resin is 70-90°C, and packages a percutaneous absorption tape; and a package material and a package using the laminate.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
