CUTTING DEVICE AND CUTTING METHOD OF SHEET MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely cut a sheet material of such as carbon fiber and prepreg in various shapes.;SOLUTION: A cutting device of a sheet material S includes a cutting table 2 which places and holds the sheet material S to be cut, a cutting blade 26 which cuts the sheet material S, a cutting head 3 which vertically and horizontally moves the cutting blade 26, and a control part which controls the cutting head 3 according to a previously designed cutting pattern. The cutting head 3 includes a blade unit 25 for holding the cutting blade 26, and support means 16 which supports the blade unit 25. The support means 16 includes rotation means 17 which rotates the blade unit 25 around a blade tip of the cutting blade 26 in a circumferential direction, and tilting means 27 which tiltably holds the blade 25 with respect to a rotation axis of the rotation means around the blade tip of the cutting blade 26.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
