To provide a screw feeding device which is compact, has improved durability for dust and can extract a connected screw easily, and a screw fastening machine with a screw feeding device.SOLUTION: An auto pack attachment 4 as a screw feeding device includes: a base casing 30 which is attached to a screw driver 2 as a screw fastening machine; a feeder casing 32 which is assembled so as to be movable in the fastening direction of a screw 52 with respect to the base casing; a wheel 72 which is provided on the inner side of the feeder casing and feeds the connected screws, connected over the plurality of screws 52 by a connection belt by rotation in the forward direction; a wheel forward direction rotation mechanism (a first cam, a third cam 68 or the like) which rotates the wheel in the forward direction and regulates rotation in the inverse direction; and a wheel free mechanism (a shaft 70) which releases regulation of rotation in the inverse direction. The wheel forward direction rotation mechanism and the wheel free mechanism are arranged on the inner side of the wheel 72.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
