PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molten metal temperature correction device and a molten metal temperature correction method capable of accurately correcting a temperature measurement value of a molten metal during a blowing process.;SOLUTION: The molten metal temperature correction device includes a temperature error calculation section, a temperature error estimation section, and a temperature correction processing section. The temperature error calculation section estimates the temperature of the molten metal of the past charges during the blowing process by using time series information regarding the temperature and reaction heat of the molten metal before and after the blowing process, and calculates the difference between the estimated and the calculated temperatures of the molten metal during the blowing process as the intermediate temperature error. The temperature error estimation section estimates an intermediate temperature error of the charge during the blowing process based on the temperature error of the past charge, or calculates a temperature rise of the molten metal of the present charge from the start of the blowing process. The temperature correction processing section corrects measured temperature of the molten metal during the blowing process by using the intermediate temperature error estimated by the temperature error estimation section or the temperature rise of the molten metal calculated by the temperature error estimation section.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
