To provide a power generator unit which can be attached to a traveling vehicle and can drive a work device by using the electric power from a power generator driven by the power from a PTO shaft and the power from the PTO shaft.SOLUTION: A power generator unit, which is attached to a traveling vehicle having a motor and a PTO shaft transmitting the power from the motor, includes: an inputting shaft having a power generator, a first connection section connectable to the PTO shaft, and a second connection section connectable to a work device to be connected to a traveling vehicle; and a fitting frame having a transmission mechanism transmitting the power from the PTO shaft input from the first connection part to the inputting shaft to the power generator,a fitting part where the power generator, the input shaft and the transmission mechanism are attached, and an installation part which can be installed to the traveling vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
