PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receipt assessment information management system capable of associating a medical act recited in an increase and decrease point report file and a medical act in an electronic receipt file to reduce a burden on staff at a medical institution.;SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a system for managing an electronic receipt file applied to an examination and payment agency and an increase and decrease point report file that is an examination result of the electronic receipt file from the examination payment agency. The system includes a receipt number identification unit that extracts a receipt number from the increase and decrease point report file and retrieves a receipt data corresponding to the receipt number from the electronic receipt file, a character string conversion unit that code of a brief record indicating a content of a medical act of the receipt data into a receipt character string corresponding to a report character string indicating a medical act of the increase and decrease point report file, and a character string comparison unit that compares the receipt character string and the report character string of the increase and decrease point report file and extracts the receipt data of the receipt character string coincident with the report character string.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
