PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately determine deterioration of an output side angle sensor or valve side angle sensor, at a flow control valve.;SOLUTION: A deterioration determination unit 28B is configured to: obtain a detection side opening deviation value indicating a variation of output side opening or valve side opening detected during a period form rotation start to rotation stop, and a control side opening deviation value indicating variation of valve opening calculated from a drive amount of a motor 23; compare an opening differential value indicating deviation between the detection side opening deviation value and the control side opening deviation value, with a preset opening threshold; and determine the presence/absence of deterioration in an output side angle sensor 26 or valve side angle sensor 14 deteriorates, based on the comparison result.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
