To provide a protection area estimation program, a protection area estimation method and a protection area estimation device capable of appropriately estimating a protection area required to protect an animal of a protection object.SOLUTION: A protection area estimation program causes a computer to accept an input of an animal species of a protection object, acquire information showing a habitant area of the animal species of the protection object and food of the animal species, and further acquire information showing a habitant area of an animal species to be food in the case where the food of the animal species includes animals. Then, the protection area estimation program causes the computer to estimate a protection area required to protect the animal species of the protection object on the basis of the acquired habitant area of the animal species of the protection object and the habitant area of the animal species to be the food of the animal species.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
