To provide a voting prediction device, a voting prediction system, and a voting prediction method capable of providing prediction drawing attention to features of a variation in odds data in the form of a recommendation order by using an attendance voting terminal which can interactively vote with a fan.SOLUTION: An odds data acquisition part 1a acquires odds data from a center and sends the odds data to a recommendation order calculation part 1c. A designation odds value acquisition part 1b acquires a designation odds value from attendance voting terminals and sends the designation odds value to the recommendation order calculation part 1c. The recommendation order calculation part 1c calculates a recommendation order from the odds data received from the odds data acquisition part 1a and the designation odds value received from the designation odds value acquisition part 1b, and sends the recommendation order to a recommendation order notification part 1d. The recommendation order notification part 1d notifies the attendance voting terminals of the recommendation order.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
