PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulator, a simulation method and a simulation program with which it is possible to simulate the positioning accuracy.;SOLUTION: The simulator comprises: a simulation unit for simulating the parameter of an arrived radio wave in a layout model of a structure, in which a transmitter and a receiver are arranged, when the receiver receives a wireless signal from the transmitter; an estimation unit for estimating the position of the receiver from the parameter of the arrived radio wave by a prescribed positioning algorithm; and a calculation unit for calculating the positioning accuracy of the layout model on the basis of comparison between the arranged position of the receiver designated in the layout model and the estimated position estimated by the estimation unit.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
