To provide an automatic cleaning device for a cooling tower of factory circulation water, an automatic cleaning method for the cooling tower, and the cooling tower.SOLUTION: An automatic cleaning device for a cooling tower is a cleaning device for a filler provided in a gas-liquid contact region of the cooling tower and includes: a water storage tank for storing cooling water; a pump for pumping up the cooling water in the water storage tank; a valve for switching a supply state of the cooling water pumped up by the pump; a nozzle disposed facing the filler for spraying the cooling water pumped up by the pump to the filler; weight measuring means for measuring a weight of the filler; and control means for acquiring an actual value measured by the weight measuring means, and controlling drive of the pump and switching of opening and closing of the valve.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
