PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a traveling state cannot be analyzed in real time since convergence of a communication line occurs when a communication state is worse and data is transmitted from a vehicle to an external server at a higher rate during traveling of a vehicle.;SOLUTION: A method for transmitting transmission data to allow an external device to detect a traveling state of a vehicle from a mobile terminal includes: a stage of allowing a mobile terminal to receive, during traveling of a vehicle, sampling data related to traveling of the vehicle at a predetermined sampling frequency by short-range radio communication from an on-vehicle unit mounted on the vehicle together with the mobile terminal; and a stage of allowing the mobile terminal to transmit, during traveling, transmission data based on at least one of multiple pieces of sampling data received over multiple terms of a sampling period at a sampling frequency to at least one of an external device and a server communicating with the external device by radio communication via the Internet at a transmission frequency lower than the sampling frequency.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
