PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent interference of an annular first coil end train and an annular second coil end train which is adjacent to the first coil end train in a radial direction of the stator core when twisting the first coil end train in a forward direction in a circumferential direction of a stator core and twisting the second coil end train in a backward direction in the circumferential direction of the stator core.;SOLUTION: A coil end twisting device 30 is configured by including: a first annular member 32 including multiple first engage grooves 36 to which a first coil end train 22 is engaged; and a second annular member 34 including multiple second engage grooves 38 to which a second coil end train 24 that is adjacent to an inner peripheral side of the first coil end train 22 is engaged, and being disposed adjacently to an inner peripheral side of the first annular member 32.
