To provide a water stop structure of a shielded electric wire of which the number of components and the number of manufacturing man-hour can be reduced, of which the cost can be accordingly reduced, and of which the overall structure can be made compact and lightweight.SOLUTION: A water stop structure 11 of a shielded electric wire 10 comprises: an electric wire 12; a braided wire 13 as a shield member covering the wire 12; and a grommet 20 as a water stop member covering the water stop portion of the braided wire 13. A water stop point of the braided wire 13 is disposed so as to be covered by a heat shrinkable tube 14 with an adhesive 15. Gaps 13b between a plurality of strands 13a of the braided wire 13 and a gap between the electric wire 12 and the braided wire 13 of the entire area of the water stop position are filled with the adhesive 15 pushed to the braided wire 13 side by heat contraction of the heat shrinkable tube 14. Also, the heat-shrunk heat-shrinkable tube 14 and the grommet 20 are in close contact with each other without any gap.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
